Custom Bug Report - Users can define the bug report to email out.

The developers will now have the ability to choose a template to use for bug reporting. As of version 2.0.2 this template is embedded with the framework. This will give the ability to developers to customize their bug report templates.

Nope it is not. Need a separation between custom error template and custom bug report template.
