Updated Config file name to coldbox.xml.cfm

Description

The factory convention for the framework file is now coldbox.xml.cfm, config.xml.cfm. It is a comma delimited list of the two most used filenames. You can edit this in the settings.xml if you like. The framework will then load whichever file it finds first.
