Rename methods name

Rename few methods name, these could conflict with coming version of ColdFusion?, Blue-Dragon and Railo.

dump() --------- dumpIt()
throw() --------- throwIt()
abort() --------- abortIt()

Have seen dump, abort functions in Railo.
Good time to rename methods name in version 2.6

This might be something that will need advice to ColdBox users and let them have time to update their code. 2.6 might be too soon to do this. 2.7 seems like a more stable way of renaming these useful methods.
