compatibility renaming of arguments in the setnextevent and route for varStruct arguments should be persistStruct.

This will have to be a compatibility issue because of the renaming of the variable.

I know that backward compatibility is a issue but at some point we have to sacrifice backward-compatibility. example as we have to rename (abort) to (abortit) etc. I think v2.7 or v3.0 will be predominately of re-factoring and more of standardising the terminology across the coldbox-codebase for better API and implementation.
